HAPPY NEW YEAR

Just want to wish all of you out there in "cyberland" a happy and wonderful new year. May you all get that best that 2006 has to offer and "MAY ALL YOUR NEWS BE GOOD NEWS" as a local newscaster was quoted as saying.

As I sit here, I wonder about ..... welll.... what does everyone think of Reality TV? The way I see it, you lose your sense of identity once you become a reality TV "STAR". That 15 minutes of fame quote is getting a little out of hand. Does anyone really want to be remembered as the person that could eat 3 cups of snail sludge in 10.5 seconds? (Yes, I admit I've watched Fear Factor on occassion). If people want to be famous, why not do something for the betterment of mankind? Reality TV, though at times entertaining, can be self serving. I guess it's true what they say. People will do anything for money.
